Our Single Malt is a delicious deep natural gold spirit with a robust vintage flavor reminiscent of Dublin's Victorian distilling heritage. It was inspired by historical "Whisky" brands of olde.
A great sipper with a rich, well balanced nose, a long, distinct finish, and excellent sherry notes.
Barley grain is always present, with hints of leather, honey, and citrus, and there is a soft spice that gives way to a balanced sweetness.
